HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
STEP ONE
The best way for me to get to know your style and needs is for you to fill out the wedding questionnaire. Within 24-36 hours I will reach out with more details and send you a custom invitation proposal based on your needs.
STEP TWO
This is the fun part! I will put together a mood board and sketch that captures the vision of your invitation suite. This sketch gives you an idea of what the real thing will look like before I dive fully into the artwork.
STEP THREE
Now is when I start painting your design, hand lettering your type, scanning, and making digital edits to your one of a kind invitations. Before we send them to print, you will receive a full mockup of your invitation suite and any other pieces we add on.
STEP FOUR
Your wedding invitations will begin printing while I take care of putting them together for you. If you select wax seals, hand calligraphy addressing, envelope liners, and/or ribbons in your package I will be making sure they are all in their places and secured to mail! You won't have to worry about another timely detail on your wedding checklist!
STEP FIVE
The best part! Your guests will receive a breathtaking work of art that reflects your love story in the mail. You will receive the extra invitations for keepsake and styling, along with your custom artwork.

I recommend inquiring one year prior to your wedding. Custom design clients typically book 12-14 months prior to their wedding for save the dates and 8-10 months prior for wedding invitations.
Since custom invitations involve hand-painted artwork, the more time we have to plan and design, the better!
I recommend you mail your save the dates 6-8 months prior to your wedding or 10-12 months prior for destination weddings. I mail all custom invitations 10-12 weeks before your wedding date.
