What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! Most of my packages arrive perfectly intact, but sometimes things happen. Reach out to me morganvictoriadesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will make things right! I want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
How long will my order take?
The time it takes to process your order before shipping is completely dependent on what you order. Prints will be shipped within 1 week of being ordered, depending on what's in stock. Custom orders have a standard processing time of 6 weeks, however, I will give you an official timeline of completion when you place your order.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most items will take 5 business days to process plus 2-4 business days to ship. Items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority with tracking. When your order has shipped you will receive your tracking number. If you are concerned about an order you placed, please contact me morganvictoriadesign@gmail.com
RETURN POLICY
I strive to make sure my clients are completely satisfied with their order. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package at morganvictoriadesign@gmail.com so I can take care of the issue. Used, final sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.
